As a dam owner, your responsibilities and liabilities are not static. You may currently have a low hazard dam; but development anywhere around your dam could quickly change your risk profile, regardless of your dam’s size, potentially meaning more regulations, liability, maintenance, and costs. We are working on a solution that would help you, the environment, and water supply needs in general.
Lend your support for Texans as a private dam owner who is ready to learn more about how the One Water. Solved. plan can improve your dam while linking you to the larger state infrastructure. We’ll keep you updated on our progress and any news related to One Water. Solved.
