Jim O'Brien
Over four decades of focused experience in the engineering, built, and environmental industries. As the founder and president of O’Brien Engineering, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), he has grown the company from a singular specialization in Surface Water Resources to now include Civil, MEP, Architectural, and Real Estate services. Clients include the US Army Corps of Engineers (Fort Worth District, Tulsa, Galveston, Vicksburg, etc), Customs and Border Protection, FEMA, Veterans Affairs, Navy, Air Force and DLA, municipalities, state agencies, other engineering and architectural firms.
One Water. Solved. is a revolutionary approach to solving Texas’ water problems and to provide ample water supply for Texans today and tomorrow. The solution was created by Jim O’Brien, P.E., CFM., F.SAME, President of O’Brien Engineering, Inc., a multidiscipline engineering firm in North Texas. Mr. O’Brien has a patent pending for a water grid system to manage water from “cradle to grave.”
